Initial consult (1 hour - online)
In an initial consultation we delve deep into your health history, exploring all the unique factors contributing to your current presenting symptoms. We will discuss lifestyle, diet, family history and more, endeavouring to holistically understand you and your body.
Together we’ll come up with health goals, which will help me in formulating a treatment plan that is tailored specifically for your needs. You will receive your comprehensive treatment plan shortly after your first consult, which will consist of diet & lifestyle modifications, a prescription, as well as any suggestions for referrals and pathology.

Return consult (45 minutes - online)
Return consults exist for us to check in your progress and address any new complaints. We will discuss how the treatment plan is feeling for you and make any adjustments needed. There may also be test results to be reviewed and updates to your prescription.
The frequency of these return consults will vary depending on your situation.

If you hold a low-income healthcare card, are a full-time student, or you’re experiencing financial hardship and these prices are not accessible for you, please reach out to me so I can try my best to provide a discounted service for you.
In some cases, I may prescribe supplements and herbal remedies. These come at an additional cost to the consult fee. This is of course, always optional.
